海南省农户土地转入意愿的影响因素

摘　　要：为发展农业适度规模经营与培育农业新型经营主体提供参考,基于海南省6县市的农户调研数据,构建Logit模型,从农户家庭收入状况、土地资源禀赋、人力资源状况、农户个体特征、农业生产经营风险、农业政策等角度分析农户土地转入意愿的影响因素。结果表明:农户土地转入意愿受家庭收入状况、土地资源禀赋、个体特征影响显著,而农业补贴水平、技术服务、生产经营风险以及家庭就业状况的影响并不显著。农户家庭人均承包耕地状况对农户土地转入意愿的影响呈"U"型特征。在人均承包耕地面积达到一定规模前,随着劳动力和土地配置的优化,农户转入土地的意愿逐渐减弱,而超过这一规模后,农户的土地转入意愿将持续增强。家庭人均收入水平、农业经营收入占比、劳动力数量对农户的土地转入意愿均具有正向影响,户主教育程度具有负向影响。农户所在地区地形特征、所属民族对农户土地转入意愿也具有显著影响。The factors of influencing farmers＇ agrarian inward transferring willingness were analyzed by the established Logit model based on the surveyed data from farmer households of six counties and cities in Hainan from six aspects of farmer family＇s income,land resources endowment,manpower resources status,farmer＇s personal feature,agricultural production and management risk and agricultural policy to provide a reference for development of optimum-scale management and culture of new operating main body in agriculture.Results：Farmer family＇s income,land resources endowment and personal feature have the significant influence on willingness of farmer＇s agrarian inward transferring but agricultural subsidy level,technical service,production management risk and family＇s employment situation have no obvious influence on willingness of farmer＇s agrarian inward transferring.Per capita contract farmland status has the U influence on willingness of farmer＇s agrarian inward transferring.Willingness of farmer＇s agrarian inward transferring decreases with optimization of labor force and land allocation before per capita contract farmland area reaches a certain scale but willingness of farmer＇s agrarian inward transferring strengthens continuously when per capita contract farmland area exceeds a certain scale.Per capita income level of farmer households,proportion of agricultural management income and amount of labor force have the positive influence on willingness of farmer＇s agrarian inward transferring.Education level of head of a farmer household has the negative influence on willingness of farmer＇s agrarian inward transferring.The topographic feature and farmer＇s nationality have the significant influence on willingness of farmer＇s agrarian inward transferring also.
