摘 要:均质是工业生产中经常使用的一项技术,因此均质阀的使用十分广泛。随着科技日益进步,对均质效果的要求也日益提高,这就需要在现有的均质阀的基础上提出改进方案,以提高均质效果。文章主要通过改变均质阀阀隙,使得物料经过均质阀的流道的改变来展开的。提取均质阀的空腔体,导入相关软件划分网格,然后进行数值模拟。结果表明:在阀隙入口处速度压力变化剧烈,出口处压力变化不大,速度变化很大,压力释放时的碰撞摩擦以及形成的空化现象都会对均质效果起到一定的作用。Homogenization is a technique frequently used in industrial production and the use of the homogenizing valve is extremely wide. With the technological advances, the requirement of homogenizing effect is increasing,which requires improvement program on the basis of the homogenizing valve, in order to improve the homogenizing effect. The main subject by changing the homogenizing valve gap, making the material to expand after the change of the flow channel of the homogenizing valve. Extracting the body of the cavity of homogenizing valve, importing to the software of mesh, and then proceeding the numerical simulation and analysis. The results showed that: at the entrance of valve gap velocity and pressure changes dramatically, the exit of valve gap pressure change steadily, the speed varies greatly, the collision and friction when the pressure release and the formation of cavitation will play a role in homogenizing effect.
