摘 要:SBR改性沥青因其在低温方面的优越性能,在我国一些高寒地区得到了较为广泛的应用。粘韧性和韧性是评价SBR改性沥青的关键指标,因此,如何提高SBR改性沥青的粘韧性和韧性便成为SBR改性沥青实际应用中需要解决的一个问题。研究利用SBR改性剂分子内的不饱和双键,通过化学交联改性的方法,对SBR改性沥青进行交联改性处理,以使沥青内部形成均匀分散的网状结构,从而可极大地提高SBR改性沥青的粘韧性和韧性。另外,对采用不同SBR改性剂和不同交联剂掺量条件的交联SBR改性沥青粘韧性性能进行试验研究。研究结果表明,交联度不够或过度交联都将影响SBR改性沥青的粘韧性性能;通过试验确定SBR改性沥青最佳的交联改性方案将获得最好的SBR改性沥青交联改性效果。Thanks to its excellent cryogenic property,the SBR modified asphalt has been widely applied in some alpine regions of our country. Toughness and ductility are key indices for evaluation of the SBR modified asphalt,therefore,how to improve toughness and ductility of the SBR modified asphalt becomes a problem that need be solved in practical application. This paper studies treatment of crosslinking modification for the SBR modified asphalt by means of unsaturated double bonds within molecules of SBR modifier and in the method of chemical crosslinking modification to enable formation of uniform and dispersive net- like structure inside the asphalt so as to improve toughness and ductility of the SBR modified asphalt greatly. In addition,the paper carries out experimental study of toughness of crosslinking SBR modified asphalt with different mixing amount of SBR modifier and crosslinking agent. The results of study show that both under and over- crosslinking will affect toughness of the SBR modified asphalt; the optimal crosslinking modification scheme for the SBR modified asphalt determined via test will obtain the best crosslinking modification effect of the SBR modified asphalt.
