微创环乳晕小切口术治疗男性乳房发育症的疗效观察

摘　　要：【目的】探讨微创环乳晕小切口术治疗男性乳房发育症的治疗及术后美观效果。【方法】选择60例男性乳房发育症患者，随机将其分为两组：环乳晕小切口手术（观察组）和传统手术（对照组），每组各30例。由同一人员分别记录两组患者的手术时间、愈合时间、瘢痕宽度等数据。乳房外观形态等特征由同一医生观察并记录。【结果】观察组患者手术时间、愈合时间、瘢痕宽度均较对照组明显缩短，差异均有统计学意义（均P〈0．05）。观察组术后均未出现乳晕塌陷，伤口均未出现感染，愈合良好；对照组有8例出现乳晕塌陷。观察组有2例发生水肿，对照组有4例水肿，经过一段时间水肿自行消退，两组均没有切口感染发生。观察组术后患者满意度评分为（84．12±9．43）分明显高于对照组的（53．21±10．98）分，差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。【结论】环乳晕小切口手术在手术时间、愈合时间、瘢痕宽度等方面明显优于传统手术。而且，患者术后满意度得到极大提升，能达到美容、整形的效果。[Objective]To explore the aesthetic effect of treatment and operation of gynecomastia. [Meth- ods]Sixty cases of gynecomastia patients, according to the principle of random were divided into two groups： the micro circum-areola incision operation group （the experimental group） and traditional operation group （the control group）, each group had 30 cases. The operation time, healing time and scar width of the two groups were recorded by the same personnel. The appearance of the breast was observed and recorded by the same doctor. [Results] The operation time, healing time and scar width in the observation group were significantly less than those in the control group, the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈0.05）. There occurred no areola collapse and wound infection in the patients of the observation group which was well healed; whereas 8 cases showed areola collapse in the control group. The observation group had 2 cases of edema, while edema occurred in 4 cases in the control group. After a period of time, edema was self regressed, no incision infection occurred in the two groups. The satisfaction score of the patients in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group （84.12±9.43）, the score was significantly higher than that in the control group （ 53.21 ± 10.98） , the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈0.05）.[Conclusion]The micro circumareola incision operation is obviously superior to the traditional operation in the operation time, healing time and surgical scars. Moreover, the patients satisfaction has been greatly improved with the effect of beauty and the efficiency of plastic surgery.
