慢性鼻窦炎黏膜组织中TLR-2、TLR-9及IL-22R表达及意义

摘　　要：【目的】探讨先天性免疫基因在慢性鼻窦炎并发鼻息肉 （chronic rhinosinusitis with nasal polyposis, CRSwNP）患者及慢性鼻窦炎无鼻息肉患者（chronic rhinosinusitis without nasal polyposis,CRSsNP）的黏膜中的表达情况。【方法】手术收集对照组、cRSwNP组以及CRSsNP组筛窦黏膜标本，采用实时定量聚合酶连式反应检测Toll样受体2（Toll-like recepetor-2，TLR-2），Toll样受体9（Toil—like recepetor-9，TLR-9）及白介素-22受体（interleukin recepetor-22，IL-22R）的mRNA表达情况。【结果】与对照组相比（n=9），CRSwNP组（n=16）和CRSsNP组（n=20）患者TLR-2的mRNA平均表达水平较低（P〈0．05）；CRSsNP患者IL-22R的mRNA平均表达水平显著高于对照组（P〈0．05）。【结论】鼻窦的先天免疫系统可能在CRS的发展过程中起着重要作用。[Objective] The objective of this study was to determine differential expression of innate immunity genes in the mucosa of patients with chronic rhinosinusitis （CRS） with nasal polyposis （CRSwNP） and CRS without nasal polyposis （CRSsNP）.[Methods]Ethmoid mucosa samples were harvested during surgery and quantitative real-time polymerase chain reaction was used to determine levels of mRNA expression of Tolllike receptor 2 and 9 （TLR -2 and TLR-9 ）and interleukin-22 receptor （IL-22R）. [Result] Patients with CRSwNP （ n = 16） and CRSsNP （ n = 20） showed lower expression of TLR2 （ P 〈0.05） compared with healthy control （ n = 9）. Patients with CRSsNP showed significantly higher expression of IL-22R （ P 〈0.05） than that of controL[Conclusion] The sinonasal innate immune system may have a significant role in the development of chronic rhinosinusitis.
