天恩福联合放化疗治疗食管癌患者的观察与护理

摘　　要：目的:探讨天恩福联合放化疗治疗食管癌患者的护理。方法:对31例天恩福联合放化疗治疗食管癌患者,治疗期间密切观察其不良反应,并及时采取针对性护理措施。结果:31例患者治疗结束后Ⅲ度及Ⅲ度以上的严重放射反应发生情况:食管黏膜反应1例(3.23%),白细胞下降1例(3.23%)。治疗3个月后近期疗效评价:CR 17例(54.84%);PR 12例(38.71%);RR 29例(93.55%)。结论:天恩福联合放化疗治疗食管癌对缓解症状、提高生存率在临床有一定的价值。但由于天恩福是临床新药,使用前需对护士加强培训,使用中需加强药物不良反应的观察。This study aims to probe into the nursing of the patients who are under the treatment of Tianenfu combined radio-chemotherapy. Methods： The 31 patients who are under the treatment of Tianenfu combined radio-chemotherapy are closely observed and their untoward effects are recorded. Meanwhile, matching nursing measures are taken. Results：The occurrence rate of severe Radiation reaction（Ⅲ degree or Ⅲ degree plus） is as follows：esophageal mucosa reaction, one case（3.23%）;leukocyte decrease, one case（3.23%）.the recent therapeutic evaluation after three-months treatmen, CR 17 case（54.84%）;PR 12 case（38.71%）;RR 29 case（93.55%）.Conclusion：Tianenfu combined with radio-chemotherapy is clinically effective in relieving symptom and improving surviving rate for esophagus cancer patients. For the fact that Tianenfu is a kind of new medicines, the concerned nurse should be trained and pay more attention to the untoward effects which may be caused by the medicine.
