良肢位在预防偏瘫患者并发症中的应用效果比较

摘　　要：目的:探讨良肢位的摆放技术在预防偏瘫患者并发症中的应用效果。方法:将康复科54例入院偏瘫患者随机分为对照组和试验组,每组27例,对照组入院后进行常规护理,采取任意舒适体位;试验组在常规护理的基础上进行良肢位摆放。比较两组并发症发生率。结果:试验组并发症发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:良肢位的摆放技术在减少偏瘫患者压疮、肺部感染、足下垂、足内翻、肩关节半脱位、肩痛、废用综合征等并发症中效果显著,值得推广。Objective： To investigate the effect of the placement of the good limb in the prevention of complications of patients with hemiplegia. Methods： Fifty-four patients with hemiplegiain,were divided into control group and experimental group,27 people in each group, the control group was given routine nursing, taking any comfortable posture; the experimental group was placed on the basis of conventional nursing for good limb position. The incidence of complication in the two groups was compared. Results： The incidence of complication in the experimental group was significantly decreased, and the difference was statistically significant（P 0.05）. Conclusion： Good limb-bit display technology in reducing pressure ulcers hemiplegic patients, lung infection, foot drop, varus, complications shoulder subluxation, shoulder pain, expense syndrome results are obvious, which is worth promoting.
