高脂血症与红细胞变形性相关性的探讨

摘　　要：目的:分析高脂血症者红细胞变形性变化特点。方法:采用LBY-N6COMPACT全自动血液流变仪对63例高脂血症患者红细胞变形性进行检测,并与88例健康对照者检测结果进行对比分析。结果:高脂血症患者组,男女红细胞变形指数(TK)与对照组相应性别比较均增高(P<0.05)。结论:高脂血症患者普遍存在红细胞变形指数的改变,高脂血影响红细胞变形能力。Objective： To analysis the characteristics of RBC deformability from hyperlipidemia. Methods： Use LBY-N6 COMPACT automatic blood rheometer to detecte the RBC deformability from 63 patients with hyperlipidemia and 88 healthy control subjects, then analysis these two results. Results： The RBC deformability index of the patients with hyperlipidemia group is increased compared with the healthy group both in man and woman（P0.01）. Conclusion： The patients with hyperlipidemia are exist the change of RBC deformability index universaliy,high fat blood effects on RBC deformability.
