IL-18、IL-12检测在老年支气管哮喘诊断中的应用研究

摘　　要：目的 探讨外周血白细胞介素18（IL-18）、IL-12检测在老年支气管哮喘诊断中的应用。方法 选择我院呼吸科2012年1月-2015年1月收治的老年支气管哮喘患者60例为病例组,同时选取同期体检正常者60例为对照组,采用酶联免疫吸附试验（ELISA）检测患者IL-18、IL-12水平,并比较两组的差异。结果 病例组IL-18为（187.26±37.51）ng/mL,高于对照组的（131.56±45.25）ng/mL,IL-12为（41.23±12.68）ng/mL,低于对照组的（75.89±12.23）ng/mL,差异均具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;病例组中急性发作期IL-18高于缓解期,IL-12低于缓解期,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。IL-18与IL-12呈负相关关系（r=-1.231,P〈0.05）。结论 老年支气管哮喘患者外周血IL-18水平明显高于正常群体,且急性发作期高于缓解期,IL-18与IL-12呈负相关关系。Objective To investigate the application of peripheral blood interleukin-18 and IL-12 detection in the diagnosis of bronchial asthma in elderly.Methods A total of 60 elderly patients with bronchial asthma who were admitted and treated in the department of respiration in our hospital from January 2012 to January 2015 were selected as the disease group and 60 people who were of normal controls during the same period of time were assigned control group.Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay（ELISA） was adopted to test the level of IL-18 and IL-12 in patients and the differences of the two groups were compared.Results IL-18 level in case group was（187.26±37.51） ng/mL,higher than that of control group of（131.56±45.25） ng/mL;IL-12 level in case group was（41.23±12.68） ng/mL,lower than that of control group of（75.89±12.23）ng/mL.Differences showed statistical significance（P〈0.05）.IL-18 level of acute episode was higher than of remission stage in case group while IL-12 was lower than remission stage.Differences showed statistical significance（P〈0.05）.There was a negative relationship between IL-18 and IL-12（r=-1.231,P〈0.05）.Conclusion Elderly patients of bronchial asthma have significant higher peripheral blood IL-18 level than normal group of people with higher level of acute episode than that of remission stage.
