中药补肾化瘀法治疗宫腔粘连分离术后宫腔粘连的疗效研究

摘　　要：目的 探讨中药补肾化瘀法治疗宫腔粘连分离术后宫腔粘连的治疗效果。方法 选取2015年1-11月收治的80例宫腔粘连患者的资料进行分析,采用随机数字法将患者分为对照组和实验组,对照组采用西药治疗,实验组采用中药补肾化瘀法治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果 实验组38例治疗效果理想,总有效率为95.0%,显著高于对照组的85.0%（P〈0.05）;实验组治疗后IUA评分显著低于对照组（P〈0.05）;实验组治疗后月经量评分显著低于对照组（P〈0.05）;实验组治疗后子宫内膜厚度显著高于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论 宫腔粘连分离术后宫腔粘连患者采用中药补肾化瘀法治疗效果理想,值得推广使用。Objective To discuss the clinical effects of nourishing kidney and removing blood stasis therapy in traditional Chinese medicine in treatment of intrauterine adhesion after transcervical resection of adhesion（TCRA）.Methods A total of 80 patients with intrauterine adhesion after TCRA treated in our hospital from Jan to Nov 2015 were selected and randomly divided into the study group and the control group.Patients in the control group were treated by western medicine,while patients in the study group were treated by nourishing kidney and removing blood stasis therapy in traditional Chinese medicine.The treatment effects of two groups were compared.Results The patients in the study group showed significant curative effect,the total effective rate was 95.0%,which was evidently higher than 85.0%in the control group（P〈0.05）.The IUA scores of patients in the study group after treatment were significantly lower than those in the control group（P〈0.05）.The menstrual blood volume scores of patients in the study group after treatment were significantly lower than those in the control group（P〈0.05）.The endometrial thickness of patients in the study group after treatment was significantly higher than that in the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The effect of nourishing kidney and removing blood stasis therapy in traditional Chinese medicine is favorable in treatment of intrauterine adhesion after transcervical resection of adhesion,which is worthy to be promoted.
