摘　　要：目的了解麻疹年龄发病特点,为制定健康促进规划和针对性防制策略提供依据。方法分析2011～2014年沈阳市0～24岁常住人口麻疹病例年龄特征。结果 2011～2014年沈阳市0～24岁常住人口麻疹儿童青年麻疹发病率为0.45/10万～50.90/10万（P〈0.01）,均高于同期全人群并呈上升趋势。年龄组专率随年龄增长逐渐下降,7～最低,随后呈不规则变化。〈1岁发病率占首位并逐年升高。15～和20～24发病率逐年升高。人口学特征显示,学龄前未入托儿童发病率占首位并逐年升高,入托儿童位居第二,青年平均发病率高于儿童并呈逐年升高趋势。结论儿童青年麻疹不容忽视防控迫在眉睫。重点年龄段是学龄前未入托儿童0～、1～、2～岁和青年组的20～24岁,尤其是0～岁。Objective To understand the age characteristics of measles,so as to provide particular scientific basis for health promotion plan and feasible control strategies. Methods Analysis was made on the age characteristics of permanent residents aged 0to 24 years old in Shenyang city,2011-2014. Results During 2011-2014,the incidence of measles was 0.45/105-50.90/105（P〈0.01）in the population of children and youths in Shenyang city,higher than that of the whole population and showed an overall upward trend.With the increase of age,the age group incidence reduced gradually,the rate in the age group of 7was the lowest,and followed by irregular change.The rate of age group〈1was the highest,increasing year by year.The rate of age group 15-and 20-24 increased yearly.Demographic characteristics showed that the rate of preschool kindergarten children ranked the top place,increasing year after year,the rate of kindergarten children ranked the second,the average incidence of youth was higher than that of the children and showed an increasing trend with each passing year. Conclusion The severe measles situation in the population of children and youths in Shenyang city cannot be ignored.Effective measures should be taken to focus on preschool kindergarten children in the age groups of 0-,1-,2-,and the youths of 20-24,especially 0-infants.
