摘　　要：目的分析包头市职业人群布鲁氏菌病的流行现状,为制定科学、合理的防制政策提供理论依据。方法 2013年选取包头市达茂旗、固阳县、土右旗等地区的职业人群进行布病监测,采用虎红凝集试验（RBPT）和试管凝集试验（SAT）进行检测,运用描述流行病学分析方法进行分析。结果检测血清样本19 357份,确诊新发布病病例432例,阳性率为2.23%（432/19 357）,达茂旗新发病例157例,占全市总发病人数的36.34%（157/432）。全年发病高峰在3～6月,占总发病人数的56.94%（246/432）。从事养殖行业的职业人群发病率最高,占发病总数的81.94%（354/432）。结论包头市10个区（旗、县）均有新发布病病例出现,疫情形式依然严峻。加强动物的免疫及检疫工作,做好高危职业人群的监测,强化布病健康教育及宣传,可有效控制布病的发生与流行。Objective To analyze the prevalence of brucellosis in the occupational population in Baotou city,so as to provide theoretical basis for developing scientific and rational control policy. Methods Occupational groups in Damao county,Guyang county,Tuyou county,and other areas were selected to be monitored in 2013,serum was tested using the rose bengal agglutination test（RBPT）and standard tube agglutination test（SAT）,and monitoring results were analyzed by descriptive epidemiological method. Results A total of 19 357 serum samples were tested,432 patients were diagnosed as brucellosis with the positive rate being 2.23%（432/19 357）,157 cases in Damao county were diagnosed,accounting for36.34%（157/432）of the total number of patients diagnosed as brucellosis in Baotou city.The seasonal peaks of incidence were from March to June,with the number of patients within the four mouth being 56.94%（246/432）of the total number;the new cases were mainly engaged in farming in rural areas,with the proportion being 81.94%（354/432）. Conclusion New brucellosis cases have been found in 10 counties of Baotou city,and the epidemic situation is still severe.Strengthening immunity and quarantine of animals,brucellosis surveillance in high-risk occupations and health education and promotion of brucellosis can effectively control the incidence and prevalence of brucellosis.
