摘 要:PTC热敏电阻的广泛应用,对PTCR元件出厂效率和耐电压可靠性提出了很高的要求。为了提高PTCR耐电压测试效率和可靠性,设计了一套基于PC机和多单片机主从多机通信的高效PTCR耐电压自动测试系统,该系统能对48~256工位的PTCR样品进行耐电压测试,同时设有过流过零模块实时监测测试回路。实际应用表明,相比实验室和工厂中应用的PTCR耐电压仪器,该系统测试方法合理,测试结果稳定可靠,测试工位扩展性强,能直观的显示和记录通电和过流情况并在过流时及时断开测试回路,避免了样品漏检和过流时仪器损坏导致的系统停机,极大地提高了测试效率,降低了测试成本。Due to its special electro-thermal properties,the PTC thermistor has a wide range of applications. A high-efficiency voltage-withstanding automatic test system based on multi-machine communications was designed to develop efficiency and reliability in the voltage-withstanding test process of PTC thermistors. This system was aimed to test the PTCR samples with 48-256 stations. Every channel contains an overcurrent protection circuit which can monitor loop current and response rapidly in case of overcurrent. The actual application shows that the test method is reasonable,the result is stable and reliable,and the test station can be extended. It has avoided missing samples and system shutdown by displaying and recording energized and overcurrent conditions. The system has high efficient and low-cost.
