摘  要:针对分析仪器需求品种多、数量少的问题,分析仪器的结构正向模块化的方向发展。按照分析仪器结构单元模块化的设计思想,文中以DSP TMS320F2812作为控制核心,利用以太网控制器RTL8019AS设计了工业以太网接口,给出了基于工业以太网的分析仪器智能测控平台的软硬件设计方法。该智能测控平台主要包括两个单元:可供用户选择的传感器信号调理电路板和DSP信号处理电路板。测试结果表明:该智能测控平台响应快速,灵敏度高,使用灵活,具有很高的实用价值。In order to meet the analysis instruments variety needs and solve the less quantity problem,the structure of analysis instruments develops toward modular. According to the analysis instrument modular design thoughts,using DSP TMS320F2812 as the control core,based on Ethernet controller RTL8019 AS,industrial Ethernet interface was designed and the hardware and software design of intelligent measurement and control platform were completed. The intelligent measurement and control platform mainly included two modules: one was available for the user to select sensor signal conditioning circuit board,the other was DSP signal processing circuit board. Test results show that the platform is of rapid response,high sensitivity,agile use and high practical value.
