摘　　要：在飞机结冰问题中,过冷水滴粒径的不同会对飞机结冰产生不同的影响,当飞机遇到水滴粒径超过50μm的过冷大水滴时,容易形成粗糙的冰脊,对飞机飞行安全造成严重威胁。文中介绍了一种图像式过冷大水滴结冰探测系统,通过设计特殊的探头外形结构,使不同粒径的水滴在探头的不同位置结冰,采集探头特定位置的图像并使用图像处理技术对其进行分析,得到该位置的结冰厚度及其分布信息,判断过冷大水滴结冰的存在性。通过结冰风洞试验,验证了该系统具有区分常规结冰与SLD结冰的功能,并通过计算结冰边缘到探头边缘的距离,得到探头的结冰厚度及其分布信息,从而实现SLD结冰探测。In aviation,ice accretion on the aircraft will be influenced seriously by the diameter of the supercooled droplets . Rough ice ridge forms easily when the aircraft suffers the supercooled large droplet （ SLD ） whose diameter ranges from 50μm to 500 μm and thus flight security problem occurs .This paper describes a SLD icing detection system .Special structure of the detec-tor is designed ,so droplets with different diameter will freeze in different positions .Images obtained from certain area of the detector were analyzed in the image processing system .Then the system gives the information of the ice thickness and its distribution in this area,and makes the judgement on the existence of the SLD icing .The results of the ice wind tunnel test shows that the detection system can distinguish SLD icing from normal icing .The information of the ice thickness and its distribution are calculated by com-puting the distance between ice edge and the detector edge ,and thus the SLD icing can be detected .
