摘 要:为研究方形均速管横截面的当量直径De、静压孔角度θ、风管风速v这3个因素对流量系数的影响,将3个因素依据正交试验理论分成九组,用CFD数值仿真的方法来进行研究分析。为找到最佳的数值仿真方法,用Standard k-ε、Standard k-ω、LES这3种湍流模型进行CFD仿真计算,将仿真计算结果与实流试验结果对比,发现LES模型的计算结果与实际比较相符。当量直径De、静压孔角度θ是影响均速管流量系数的主效应因素,风管风速v对流量系数的影响很小。The impacts of the averaging pitot tube equivalent diameter De,the static pressure hole angle θ and the average wind speed v on the flow coefficient were numerical studied in this paper. Three factors were divided into nine groups which were according to the orthogonal theory,then CFD numerical simulation were performed for research analysis. In this study,three different turbulence models including the Standard k- ε model,Standard k- ω model and LES model were taken into consideration for optimal results obtained. By numerical comparison,it is found that the LES model gives good agreement with experimental,while,the averaging pitot tube equivalent diameter Deand the static pressure hole angle θ are the main affecting factors,which have a greater impact on flow coefficient than duct average wind speed v.
