摘 要:为了解决传统阀门位置反馈器安全性较低以及防爆式反馈器成本较高的问题,设计了一种基于霍尔效应的非接触式阀门位置反馈器。介绍了角行程式和直行程式反馈器的基本结构和运行原理,建立了直行程式反馈器永磁体部分二维、三维模型,对其磁场进行仿真分析。并通过实验对磁体磁场进行测量,将实际实验结果与仿真结果相对比,证明了产品设计的合理性。而且通过实际应用也验证了该产品能够准确、安全地完成检测任务。In order to solve problems that the lower safety of traditional valve position feedback device and the higher cost of explosion-proof valve position feedback device,a contactless valve position feedback device that based on Hall Effect was designed.The basic structure and operation principle of rotary and linear valve position feedback device were described. 2D and 3D finite model of Permanent-magnets were built,and simulation analysis on the magnetic field was also described. Meanwhile,the magnetic field was measured through experiments. The experimental results were compared with the simulation results that proved the rationality of the product design. And this product was also demonstrated that it can complete the inspection works safely and accurately through the practical application.
