摘　　要：屠呦呦发现青蒿素获诺贝尔医学奖的启示:中国医药学是一个伟大的宝库,古代文献中蕴藏着原创思维和宝贵经验,应当认真继承,深入挖掘。在全面继承的基础上,获得创新灵感,运用现代科技手段,实现中医药的创新和发展。中医药重大创新案例有力地证明,中医药发展主要依靠继承性创新。以中医辨治模式为例,阐述中医药继承要认真、全面、充分。中医自古以来就有辨病论治、辨症论治、辨证论治三种辨治模式。西医传入后,辨证论治被不断强化成为中医辨治主体和特色优势。中医原本就有的辨病论治、辨症论治被淡忘,甚至自动归属于西医,而没有得到很好的继承和发扬。若要站在今人的前列,必先站在前人的肩上,中医药创新尤其如此,在当今尤其重要。The enlightenment of Tu Youyou＇s discovering artemisinin and winning the Nobel prize for medicine： Chinese Medicine is a great treasure, and its ancient literature contains original thinking and valuable experience, which should be well inherited and deeply dug. On the basis of comprehensive inheritance, we can get creative inspiration, and then make use of modem scientific and technological means to achieve innovation and development of traditional Chinese medicine. Major innovative cases of traditional Chinese medicine have effectively proved that the development of traditional Chinese medicine mainly relies on inheriting innovations. Take the model of TCM differentiation and treatment as an example, this paper describes that the inheritance of traditional Chinese medicine should be done carefully, comprehensively and sufficiently. Since ancient times, there have been three kinds of treating modes： disease differentiation, symptom differentiation and syndrome differentiation. After the introduction of Western medicine, syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine has been continuously strengthened and become the main characteristics and advantages of TCM. Traditional Chinese medicine originally had disease differentiation and symptom differentiation, which should get a good inheritance and development but are gradually forgotten and even automatically regarded as Western medicine. If we want to stand in the forefront of our contemporaries, we must stand on the shoulders of predecessors. It is especially true and important for the innovation of traditional Chinese medicine in today＇s society.
