摘　　要：首先分析工程项目施工阶段成本控制要素,在此基础上,对"两算对比"和"成本-进度"集成这两种成本控制模式进行评估,分析二者的缺陷;其次,以成本控制手段为突破口,结合BIM技术的特性对成本控制模式进行改进,对实现方式进行探讨;最后,分析基于BIM的成本控制模式的优势和动态性。In order to improve the efficiency of cost control for the construction company,the paper first analyzes the cost control factors for engineering project in construction phase,and evaluates the current two main control model,analyzes the defects of them. Then,taking the cost method as a breakthrough,improves the current cost control model combine with the characteristics of BIM,and discusses the way to implement the model. Finally,analyzes the advantages and dynamics of the cost control model based on BIM.
