摘　　要：基于价值工程理论,以某新建综合楼项目为例,针对根据经验设定的安全设施费配置,计算各安全措施项目的功能系数、成本系数和价值系数,并确定需要改进资金配置的安全措施,通过优化配置建设项目安全措施费,为施工安全管理提出新思路。Based on the theory of value engineering,taking the newly-built comprehensive building as an example,the paper calculates functional coefficient,the cost factor and the value coefficient of the safety measures in view of configuration of the safety measures expense determined by experience,determines the safety measures whose expense needs to be improved. Through optimizing the confi guration of security construction measure expense of construction project,puts forward a new idea for the safety management of construction.
