摘  要:进行了4个应用于核电工程的钢板混凝土组合墙轴压试验,试验设计中主要考虑距厚比参数的不同。分析了构件的破坏机理、荷载-位移曲线、钢板的荷载-屈曲曲线。分析结果表明:钢板的屈曲对试件整体刚度影响不明显,栓钉能有效地保证钢板和混凝土协同工作;随着距厚比变小,试件极限承载力有所提高,钢板的屈曲应变变大。在试验分析基础上,给出了组合墙体的初始刚度和极限承载力的经验公式,导出了适合钢板弹性屈曲应变的理论公式。Four composite walls with steel plates and filled concrete are tested under concentric loads with different ratios of distance to thickness. The failure mechanisms of the specimens,load-displacement relations and load-buckling curves of steel plates are analyzed. Experimental results indicate that the buckling of steel plate has little influence on the overall stiffness of specimens. Stud can effectively guarantee the cooperative work between steel plate and concrete. With the ratio of distance to thickness decreasing,both the ultimate bearing capacity of specimen and the buckling strain of the steel plate may be increased. Based on the experimental analysis,the empirical formula for the ultimate bearing capacity and initial stiffness of the composite wall are summarized,and furthermore,a theoretical formula for elastic buckling strain of steel plate is derived.
