摘  要:研究了不同类型的炭黑及复配炭黑对聚丁烯–1(PB–1)基导电复合材料性能的影响。结果表明,复配炭黑(高导炭黑A与超导炭黑B配比为6/2)以8%含量填充时,所制备PB–1基导电复合材料的性能最佳,体积电阻率为42.2Ω·cm,拉伸强度为26.7 MPa,断裂伸长率为213.0%。热失重分析表明,复配炭黑能够提高PB–1的热稳定性能,当含量为8%时初始分解温度较PB–1树脂可提高30.9℃。The effects of carbon black(CB) types and compound CB on the properties of polybutene–1(PB–1)/CB conductive composite were studied. The results showed that when the content of compound CB(the ratio of the carbon black A and B was 6/2) was 8%,the performance of the conductive composite was the best,whose volume resistivity and tensile strength as well as elongation at break were 42.2 Ω · cm,26.7 MPa,213.0% respectively. Moreover,thermogravimetric analysis showed that compound CB could improve the thermal stability of the composite,and when the content of compound CB was 8%,the initial decomposition temperature could be increased by 30.9℃.
