摘　　要：在分析水处理滤沙罐复合材料缠绕原理的基础上,建立了罐体的缠绕模型,确定了纤维缠绕角度和方法,通过分次固化工艺、表面铺贴收缩膜、螺旋缠绕和环向缠绕相结合的方式对水处理滤沙罐进行缠绕制造。打压试验表明,缠绕的罐体强度满足要求。Based on analyzing the principle of water treatment filter sand tank composite winding,the tank winding model was established, and the fiber winding angle and method were determined. The tank was manufactured through draded curing,surface spreading and shrink film,spiral winding and hoop winding. Pressure testing showed that the strength of the winding tank could meet the requirement.
