摘　　要：介绍了一款侧壁镂空结构的小型果汁机滤杯注塑模具设计,应用UG NX软件构建滤杯实体模型,对其结构、注塑工艺进行了介绍,完成了滤杯浇注系统、冷却系统、脱模机构的设计与验算,利用抽芯及侧向拔模完成了果汁机滤杯的分型,所设计模具工作稳定,满足要求。UG NX software was applied to complete the injection mold design of fruit juice machine′ s filter cup with lattice structure. Injection process and structure of plastic parts and the design calculation of gating system,cooling system and demolding mechanism were mainly introduced. Core-pulling and lateral draft were used to complete injection mold parting of filter cup. Results show that the mold can work stably satisfy the requirements.
