摘  要:建立开沟机悬挂装置的有限元模型,考虑几何结构、材料、载荷和约束等因素,运用ABAQUS软件对悬挂装置创建有限元分析,获得悬挂装置的三维应力、变形分布图,并对悬挂装置进行模态分析。分析结果表明:悬挂装置的等效应力小于材料屈服极限,安全系数达到设计要求;依据分析结果提出加强结构设计方案,延长产品使用寿命;提出模型前10阶模态,通过与激振频率校核,工作状态的悬挂装置不会发生共振现象,并为后期响应谱分析铺垫基础。The finite element model of trencher suspension system was established.Considering the geometric structure,material,load,constraint and other factors,the finite element analysis(FEA)of suspension equipment was created by applying ABAQUS software.The stress and deformation distribution of suspension equipment were obtained,and a modal analysis of suspension structure was created.The results showed that the improved design on suspension equipment of equivalent stress was less than the material yield limit,safety factor meet the design requirements.Model was put forward first ten order modes,by checking with the vibration frequency,and the resonance of natural frequency and excitation frequency would not occur,and paved the way for the later response spectrum analysis.
