摘 要:针对玉米等高秆农作物生长中后期病虫害防治困难的现状,对新疆玉米种植模式和生长中后期病虫害发生规律进行调研,设计出一种高地隙自走式喷杆喷雾机。对底盘平衡装置、前轮轮距可调机构、喷杆喷架装置及其他关键零部件进行了理论分析和结构设计,并建立关键部件的三维模型。通过田间试验验证整机设计方案的合理性,为解决玉米等高秆作物生长后期无法施药的难题奠定基础。In view of the present pest control difficult situation about high corn stalk in the middle and later periods,Xinjiang corn planting patterns and plant diseases and insect pests occurrence in later growth period were researched,and a highland gap self-contained lance spray was devised.For chassis balance device,front wheel track width adjustable mechanism,spray lance stand unit,and other key parts were analyzed in theory and structure design,and key components of the 3D model was established.The rationality of the whole machine design scheme was verified by field experiment,in order to solve such as corn stalk crops grow late to administer problem laid a foundation.
