摘　　要：针对沙糖桔果皮脆弱易损伤的特点,设计一种适用于沙糖桔摘后分拣分级装置。通过采用滚刷、皮带等柔性传送材料,避免选果中对沙糖桔的损伤。整个装置包括上果机构、分拣分级机构和称重机构,整机由模块化组装,果径级数可根据用户需求灵活组合。装置简易实用,适用于个体农户或小型合作社在户外或简易工棚环境的下选果作业。According to the character of fragile peel of santangju citrus,a device was designed to sort and grade for santangju citrus.In order to avoid the damage of the fruit of citrus santangju,it was made of the rolling brush,belt and other flexible transfer material.The whole device includes upload,sorting and weighing mechanism,the whole machine is assembled by a modular assembly,and the fruit diameter series can be combined according to the user′s requirements.This simple device is suitable for individual farmers or small cooperative using in outdoors or simple work shed.
