摘 要:为分析多滚筒脱粒分离装置的水稻脱粒分离性能,在自行设计的横置多滚筒组合式脱粒分离装置上,通过更换第一脱粒滚筒、第二脱粒滚筒、第三脱粒滚筒的结构形式,进行喂入量为0~5kg/s的水稻脱粒分离性能试验,对比切流单滚筒、切流滚筒与横轴流组合式双滚筒、切流滚筒与双横轴流滚筒、三横轴流滚筒组合式脱粒分离装置的脱粒分离功耗、夹带损失率、未脱净率、脱出物轴向分布规律以及脱出物杂余含量等性能指标。In order to analyze the multi roller threshing and separating device of rice threshing and separating performance,the first cylinder,second cylinder,third cylinder structure form were exchange on the self-designed horizontal multi drum combined threshing and separating device.It took the test feed 0~5kg/s rice threshing and separating performance,compared to performance indicators of shear flow single drum,tangential flow cylinder with horizontal axial flow combined type double drum,tangential flow cylinder with double transverse-axis-flow drum,three axial flow roller combined threshing and separating device of the threshing and separating power,entrainment loss rate,without removing rate,mixture of impurity content the axial distribution of mixture and et al.The results showed that,the whole releasing performance of tangential flow double transverse flow threshing separation device is more superior.
