摘 要:混合是饲料加工工艺一个重要环节,混合机传动轴在使用过程中会发生断裂破坏现象,因此通过实验仿真分析传动轴在混合过程中的应力情况、揭示传动轴可靠性影响因素,对传动轴可靠性的提高有着重要的现实意义。通过测试某型号混合机的传动轴在混合过程中的扭矩、弯矩变化情况,将实验载荷数据拟合为Fourier函数并加载到传动轴有限元模型,获得传动轴各部件应力分布情况,并依据强度-应力干涉理论对传动轴进行可靠性分析。通过对其可靠性设计的结果表明:优化后的传动轴的过盈配合、空心轴强度的可靠度有了显著提高。Mixing is an important part of feed processing technology and transmission shaft will occur to the phenomenon of fracture during operation.Thus,it is practically significant to reveal the factors that affecting the reliability of the shaft and enhance the reliability via experiment which can analyze the mechanical and motion characteristics.The torque and bending moment of the shaft is tested during mixing,and then the experimental data will be fitted as a Fourier function,finally loaded the load function into the finite element model of the drive shaft.Get the stress distribution of the components in drive shaft and analysis the reliability of transmission shaft which based on stress-strength interference theory.The results showed the interference fit and the strength of hollow shaft has low reliability,after optimizing the shaft's reliability has improved.
