摘  要:以某四缸共轨柴油机为样机,研究了中等转速中小负荷工况,EGR、预喷射参数对柴油机排放特性及燃油消耗率的影响。通过优化预喷射油量、主预喷间隔角以及EGR开度,寻求最佳的EGR和预喷射参数。试验结果表明:50%负荷,在EGR开度小于30%时,预喷射油量较小时,NO_X排放量高,而烟度排放量有所降低;预喷油量一定,EGR开度越大,主预喷间隔角越小,NO_X排放降低,而烟度排放量不断增加;25%负荷,不开EGR时,少量的预喷油量能同时有效的降低NO_X和烟度排放。The influences of EGR and pilot-injection parameters on emission and fuel consumption at medium speed and low-medium load of a 4-cylinder common-rail diesel engine were analyzed.EGR opening,pilot-injection quantity and the intervals between pilot-injection and main injection were optimized by experiment.At 50%load,when the EGR opening is less than 30%,and pilot-injection quantity is relatively small,the NO_X emission increases and smoke emission reduces relatively.While pilot-injection quantity keeps invariant,the NO_X emission decreases and smoke emission increases continuously with the increasing of EGR opening and the decreasing of pilot-injection and main injection intervals.At 25%load,a few of pilot-injection quantity can improve the NO_X and smoke emission simultaneously when the EGR valve closed completely.
