摘　　要：目前国内外对畜禽粪便堆肥中传热传质方面的研究较少。现针对畜禽粪便堆肥过程中存在的传热传质现象,研究现状进行概括,着重介绍通过多孔介质模型来对堆肥中的传热传质进行研究,并探究木醋液对堆肥过程中热质传递效果的影响,为提升堆肥质量提供新的技术途径。The current research status was summarized,and the study on heat and mass transfer in composting through porous media model was emphatically introduced.The effect of wood vinegar on heat and mass transfer in composting process was discussed,which provides a new technical way for enhancing the quality of compost.
