关于人工膝关节置换术后伤口引流管留置与管理方案的临床进展

摘　　要：由于手术部位特殊的解剖结构及手术方式等原因,人工膝关节置换术后出血量较多,一般情况下术后都会常规留置引流管。但是留置后夹不夹闭,夹闭后如何通过怎样的夹闭方案来最大化降低出血量,以及开放与夹闭引流管的利与弊等等情况都值得探讨。因此,本文对人工膝关节置换术后引流管留置方案的临床研究进展作一综述。For the special anatomy and operation methods in total knee arthroplasty,this kind of surgery leads to huge volume of bleeding,so it＇s general to keep draining after this operations. So,clipping or not,how to reduce the bleeding maximally by the best way of clipping is always an important question. This article make a review about research progress of drainage indwelling scheme in total knee arthroplasty.
