摘　　要：以某高层建筑断柱托换工程为例,介绍了分层转移与集中转移两种方案的优缺点,从经济与施工两方面,选取了集中转移方案,并阐述了方案的实施方法,通过对改造后的整体结构进行计算分析,说明新的结构体系能够满足安全和正常使用的需要,对同类工程具有借鉴意义。Taking some high-rise building＇s cutting-off column and underpinning project as the example,the paper introduces the advantages and disadvantages of the level-by-level transferring and central transferring,selects the latter scheme from the economical and construction aspects,illustrates its implementation methods,undertakes the calculation analysis for the integrated structure after the reconstruction,and indicates the new structural system can meet the demands for the safety and common use,so as to provide some reference for similar projects.
