摘 要:由于谷子、糜子、蔬菜等小籽粒种子的体积小、质量轻等,适用于这些种子精少量播种的成熟机具目前还较少,为此本文对国内近年来开发的各类小籽粒排种器型式,进行比较分析。主要针对目前应用于小籽粒播种的环槽式、异型螺旋槽式、窝眼轮式3种排种方式的排种器进行分析,探索研究小籽粒排种过程在充种、清种、护种、投种等阶段的动力学特性,不同排种装置小籽粒种子在这些阶段的运动状态变化和摩擦特性的异同,以及对种子损伤程度的分析等。通过比较得出结论:种子在窝眼轮式排种器的充种区、护种区和投种区的受损伤程度最低,而种子在窝眼轮式排种器的清种区的破碎率最高。Due to the small volume and light weight of the millet、prosomillet、vegetables and other small seeds,the precise and small quantity seeding successful equipment that used to those seeds is less,in this paper,in view of the domestic in recent years,comparatively analysis various types of small grain row device.Mainly for the application in the small grain crops planting'ring groove,Shaped spiral groove,nest eyes wheeled etc.3metering devices were analyzed.Explore and research on small grain seeding process dynamical characteristics in filling region,cleaning region,protection region and seeding region.Analysis the degree of seed damage and explore the different metering device for small grain seeds in the similarities and differences between these phases of motion state change and friction characteristics.By comparison,the results showed that the damage degree of the seed in the nest eyes wheel type was lowest where in the seed filling region,the protection region and the seeding region,but the breakage rate of the seed in the nest eyes wheel type where in the clearing region was the highest.
