摘 要:为解决电极箔生产中槽液铝含量的检测问题,采用化学滴定试验,对溶液铝含量检测的准确度和重复性、灵敏度、经济性和实用性进行了分析研究。结果表明,氢氧化钠标准溶液滴定法和EDTA络合滴定法都具有满足生产要求的检测精度,前者可用于常规生产时对槽液铝含量的控制,后者更适宜在产品开发、工艺试验时使用。In order to improve determination of aluminum content in the groove liquid for electrode foil production, the accuracy, repeatability, sensitivity, economy and practicality were studied by using chemical titration test. The results show that both the sodium hydroxide standard solution titration and the EDTA complexometry are enough accurate to meet electrode foil production requirements. The former can be applied to control the slot liquid aluminum content of regular production, the latter is more suitable for product development, and process test.
