摘　　要：目的探讨Castleman病(CD)的临床特征,并进行诊治分析。方法运用回顾性研究,观察14例Castleman病的临床特点及诊治效果,并结合文献讨论。结果 CD是一慢性进展性疾病,常发生于大血管的周围,局部手术切除后仍有复发的现象。CD可能引起胆固醇及蛋白的降低及骨髓增生能力低下。结论 CD属于慢性疾病,临床工作中建议延长CD患者术后的随访时间达10年以上,才能揭示Castleman病的最终规律。Objective To analyze the clinical features,diagnosis and treatment of Castleman＇s disease（ CD）. Methods 14 cases of CD were retrospectively reviewed. The clinical characteristics and treatment effect were analyzed and discussed. Results The retrospective review of the 14 cases showed that CD was a chronic progressive disease,occurred around great vessels,and had local recurrence after surgery. CD may cause cholesterol and protein decreased and the low ability of bone marrow hyperplasia. Conclusion CD is a chronic disease,postoperative follow- up time in CD patients should be lasted for more than 10 years to reveal the rule of the disease.
