摘　　要：经济资源配置的市场化,使人们对剪刀差问题的关注日渐式微。事实上,众多行业与领域"产权剪刀差"的存在及变异的表现形式,深深刺痛着我们理性的神经。这一被市场价格或公平竞争粉饰的非公平利益分割,源自产权契约与产权实施的制度环境存在一定程度的"生态失衡",进而使产权运行过程与产权初衷相背离。本文通过对多领域"产权剪刀差"问题的检视,试图对其存在的制度根源做出理论探析。Allocation of resources through the market make people less and less attention on the forfex difference. In fact, our rational nerve has been deeply suffering the hurt for the difference and its variation in many fields and industries. Decorated with market price or fair play, however, it actually leads to unfair benefit allocating, which is derived from ＂an unbalanced ecosystem＂ in some extent to the system environment for property＇s contract and its implementation. Furthermore, a countermarch occurs between property contract and its implementation. This paper tries to make a theoretical study on the system root by means of an view on ＂property forfex difference＂ in multi-field.
