摘　　要：管理学界面临的最大挑战是对西方了解不够,对中国自己的了解也不够。时间有流逝,智慧却没有新旧,中国传统文化中很多内容是越久越香,历久弥新。西方大学的考评机制有很大的问题,中国现在慢慢也走上这条路。在西方的考评制度之下,学者只能写一些支离破碎的文章,跟传统中国的"经世致用"完全不同。那么,是要回到中国传统,还是继续走西方这条路,就成为每个中国学者面临的一个抉择。有很多学者是朝"小"的目标做研究,其实应该提升做得更大;但是"大"的理论如果没有办法落地,也不是好的理论。现在中国学者需要面对的问题是:1怎样"知古",即对传统的了解;2中西的双融;3教学与研究的双融、学术与实务的双融。文化双融在较多操作性层面上还需进一步完善,其发展的潜力无穷,但也需要更多学者投身其中。Now the biggest challenge we face is that our understanding of the West is not enough and our understanding of China＇s own is not enough.With the time elapsing,the wisdom remains all the time.The longer the Chinese culture keeps going,the more fragrant it is.Though evaluation mechanism in Western universities has big problems,Chinese universities advocate the fashion,which drives Chinese scholars struggle to only write articles in pieces and offends the traditional＂statecraft＂.The Chinese scholars are requeste dot choose between keeping Chinese Traditions and following the West.There are many scholars doing research towards the ＂small＂goals,and the higher research goals should be set up.The＂big＂theory is not a good one only if it makes sense in practice.Chinese scholars are now facing any challenge or challenge faced by anyone,the first is how to know ancient,i.e.knowledge of the tradition.The second is ambicultural.The third is the ambicultural of teaching and practice,research and practice.The development of ambicultural also requires a very long time,because it is not perfect in many operational levels.
