摘 要:青年创业团队是创业团队中的主力军,其创业绩效对创业的成功至关重要。以108个青年创业团队为样本,采用追踪设计探索了在创业4个阶段团队心理相容性对绩效的影响,以及团队公平感知与团队内聚力在其中的中介作用。研究发现,在4个阶段创业团队的心理相容性都会正向显著影响团队公平感知、团队内聚力与绩效;各阶段团队内聚力的中介效应均存在,团队公平感知的中介效应在第一、二阶段显著;各个创业阶段的团队心理相容性、公平感知、内聚力和绩效呈现不同水平。Youth entrepreneurial teams are the main force of all entrepreneurial teams,and their performances are key to the success of entrepreneurial teams.With 108 youth entrepreneurial teams collected as a sample,the present study utilizes tracking research to explore the influence of psychological compatibility on team performance during four phases of entrepreneurship.Results suggest that during the four phases,psychological compatibility has a significant positive influence on fairness perception,cohesion and performance.Cohesion has a significant mediating effect during each of the 4phases,but fairness perception has significant mediating effects only in the first and second phases.In addition,psychological compatibility,fairness perception,cohesion and performance vary across the four phases.
