妊娠期贫血相关检测指标参考值范围研究

摘　　要：目的研究妊娠妇女在不同妊娠期常用贫血相关检测指标的变化。方法随机选择20~35岁健康妊娠期妇女360例作为研究组,并按孕周分为妊娠早、中、晚期,同时选取符合标准的非妊娠健康妇女142例作为对照组,分别进行血常规检测,收集红细胞计数(RBC)、血红蛋白浓度(Hb),以及红细胞比容(HCT)3项指标的数据进行统计分析,建立医学参考值范围。结果根据本研究建立的RBC、Hb、HCT参考值范围如下,非妊娠期妇女RBC:(3.99~5.09)×10^(12)/L;Hb:120.66~150.26g/L;HCT:0.364~0.446。妊娠早期RBC:(3.57~4.99)×10^(12)/L;Hb:108.68~147.64g/L;HCT:0.324~0.430。妊娠中期RBC:(3.26~4.52)×10^(12)/L;Hb:104.57~135.27g/L;HCT:0.316~0.402。妊娠晚期RBC:(3.46~4.68)×10^(12)/L;Hb:102.08~140.58g/L;HCT:0.314~0.420。结论血常规各项指标随妊娠期的进展有不同程度的变化,该研究建立了妊娠各阶段RBC、Hb、HCT的参考值范围,可以用于评估妊娠期妇女的健康水平。Objective To research the changes of common anemia related detection indicators during different pregnant periods in pregnant women. Methods 360 healthy pregnant women aged 20-35 years old were selected as the stiady group and divided into early, middle and late pregnancy according to gestational weeks. Meanwhile 135 healthy non-pregnant women were chosen as the control group. The blood routine examination was performed. The data of anemia related indicators Hh,RBC and HCT were collected and performed the statistical analysis for establis hing the medical reference value ranges. Results The reference value ranges established by this research were as follows：innonpregnantwomen,RBC：（3.99 5.09）×10^12/L;Hb：120.66-150.26 g/L;HCT：0. 364-0. 446. Inearly,middle and late pregnancy,RBC： （3. 57-4. 99）×10^12/L, （3. 26-4. 52） ×10^12/L and （3.46 4.68） ×10^12/L; Hb：108.68 147.64 g/L,104.57-135.27 g/L and 102.08-140.58 g/L; HCT：0. 324-0. 430,0. 316-0. 402 and 0. 314 0. 420. Conclusion The various indicators of blood routine have different degrees of change with the pregnancy progress. This research establishes the reference value ranges of RBC, Hb and HCT,which may be used to assess the health level during pregnant period in pregnant women.
