摘  要:目的应用DiversiLab系统对医院感染的鲍曼不动杆菌进行同源性分析,评价DiversiLab系统在诊断医院性感染细菌中的作用。方法收集该院重症监护病房暴发的鲍曼不动杆菌16株,应用VITEK 2COMPACT全自动微生物分析系统进行鉴定和药敏试验,同时应用基于重复序列聚合酶链反应(rep-PCR)技术的DiversiLab系统进行同源性分析。结果 16株鲍曼不动杆菌被分为4个克隆组,其中第1克隆组是主要的流行克隆,有4个亚克隆,9株鲍曼不动杆菌同属于第1亚克隆,亲缘关系近。结论第1克隆组是该院医院感染主要流行克隆,DiversiLab系统可在24h内快速、准确地诊断医院感染细菌的同源性,可广泛应用于医院感染细菌的诊断。Objective To analyze the homology of A. baumannii by DiversiLab system and to evaluate the value of DiversiLab system in the diagnosis of hospital infection bacteria. Methods 16 outbreak strains of A. baumannii were collected in intensive care unit(ICU) of our hospital. The bacterial identification and microbial susceptibility test were performed by VITEK 2 COMPACT automatic analysis system. The homology analysis of 16 strains was performed by repetitive-sequence-based PCR DiversiLab system. Results 16 A. baumannii strains were classified into 4 unrelated clone groups by DiversiLab system,of which the first clone group was the main popular clone with 4 sub clones. 9 A. baumannii strains with close relationship belonging to the first subclone. Conclusion The first clone group is the maior epidemic clone of nosoeomial infection in this hospital. The DiversiLab system can quickly and ac curalely diagnose the homology of hospital infection bacteria within 24 h and can be widely applied to diagnosis of nosocomial infection bacteria.
