摘　　要：目的:通过对土鳖虫酶解液不同DA201-C大孔树脂洗脱部位进行溶栓活性的药效学筛选,筛选其强活性部位。方法:以凝血块体外溶解率;角叉菜胶血栓模型24、48 h黑尾长度及黑尾形成率及72 h眼眶取血凝血时间为检测指标,利用角叉菜胶诱发小鼠血栓模型进行筛选。结果:75%乙醇洗脱部位能够显著地增加凝血块体外溶解率、缩短大鼠黑尾长度、延长小鼠凝血时间。结论:土鳖虫酶解液DA201-C型大孔树脂75%乙醇洗脱部位具有明显的溶栓活性。Objective：To evaluate the pharmaceutical of the eupolyphaga enzymatic hydrolyzate＇s different DA201-C macroporous resin eluant component and in order to definite the intense activity eluant component. Methods：Using the external dissoluntion rate of sludged blood;the rat after 24 h and 48 h injected carrageenan black tail length and the rate of black tail form and 72 h coagulation time as the index. Results：75% alcohol eluant component can increase the external dissoluntion rate of sludged blood observably,shorten the black tail length,lengthen the time of cruor. Conclusion：Eupolyphaga enzymatic hydrolyzate＇s DA201-C Macroporous Resin 75% alcohol eluant component has the obvious thrombolysis activity.
