摘　　要：类风湿关节炎是由于自身免疫障碍引起的以对称性小关节破坏为主要临床表现的免疫系统疾病,该病也可累及关节外的组织,如皮肤、血管及心肺等。类风湿关节炎在中医属于痹证范畴,其病因病机、病情转归及防治与脾胃有密切的联系,该文将从脾胃角度综述类风湿关节炎的发病与防治。Rheumatoid arthritis（RA）is caused by autoimmune disorders,symmetric small joint destructions is the main clinical manifestations of RA,the disease may also be involved extra-articular tissuses,such as skin,blood vessels and cardiopulmonary etc. Rheumatoid arthritis in Chinese medicine are arthralgia areas,which etiology and pathogenesis,prophylaxis and treatment,outcome of zhe disease are closely associated with spleen and stomach. The paper will review thepathogenesis and prevention of rheumatoid arthritis from the perspective of the spleen and stomach.
