摘　　要：针灸理论揭示了人体体表反应与内脏器官变化之间的必然联系,从神经内分泌免疫角度研究穴位体表脏腑理论是目前针刺理论研究的热点。文章首先介绍了古代针灸医籍中关于经脉与脏腑相关文献,然后分别从神经、内分泌、免疫角度对针刺治疗脏腑疾病的现代研究进行探讨。为今后针灸的临床治疗和实验研究提供思路。The relationship between reaction of body surface and the change of internal organs was revealed by the acupuncture theory. To explore the acupoint-viscera mechanisms from neuroimmunoendocrine is the hotspotof theoretical research of acupuncture. This article first introduces the related literature about meridians and organs on acupuncture in ancient times and then discuss the acupuncture treatment from the nerve,endocrine and immune. The objective of this artical is to provide ideas for future clinical treatment and experimental study of acupuncture and moxibustion.
