“以热治热”之我见  

My Opinion about Treating Heat Syndrome by Heat Therapy

摘　　要：以热治热,灸治热证。该文根据历代中医文献对灸治热证的记载,对灸法治疗热证的作用及各型热证的病因病机进行了讨论,认为灸治热证的主要作用是开阖腠理、引热外达,拔毒泄热、消瘀散结,补阳助阴、益气除热。引用当代灸法治疗热证的临床应用,如灸法在治疗急性乳汁淤积性乳腺炎、小儿发热、热证疮疡、糖尿病、妇女绝经后潮热的临床应用,同时结合现代医学对灸治热证的研究成果,证明了灸治热证的可行性和有效性。To put to hot,moxibustion heat syndromes. In this paper,based on past dynasties literature on acupuncture cure heat syndromes of traditional Chinese medicine,for the treatment of moxibustion heat syndrome and the function of various types of heat syndrome pathogenesis are discussed,and think that the main effect of moxibustion treat heat syndromes is a closed cou justified and hot outside,pull out poison leakage of hot,eliminating stasis fights,Yang to Yin,tonify Qi in addition to the heat. Reference to contemporary moxibustion treatment of the clinical application of heat,such as moxibustion in the treatment of acute mastitis milk deposition sex,infantile fever,heat ulcers,diabetes,women of the clinical application of postmenopausal hot flashes,and combining with the research achievements of modern medicine for moxibustion heat syndromes,prove the feasibility and the effectiveness of acupuncture cure heat syndromes.
