夹脊穴临床功效分析

摘　　要：夹脊穴是临床常用经外奇穴,结合临床实践及文献,以中医理论为基础,结合腧穴定位、经络走行及联系和相关解剖病理分析夹脊穴具有止痛、安神定志、提升中气等诸多作用,配合不同针刺方法,用于治疗颈腰背痛、带状疱疹后遗神经痛等痛症、失眠等精神系统疾病、胃下垂等内脏下垂疾病,具有更广泛的临床应用。Jiaji points are clinical commonly use of extra-points besides the twelve meridians. According to the Chinese medicine theory and clinical practice,with the direction and location of acupoints,acupuncture Jiaji points can relieve pain,be quiet heart and power up of qi of middle-jiao energy. Jiaji points are used for the treatment of pain in neck,waist and back and remnant neuralgia of zona ignea. Jiaji points have wider clinical applications. Jiaji points are used for the treatment of insomnia,lame in both legs and bathygastria in this paper. The therapeutic range of Jiaji points is widened. The clinical value of Jiaji points is wide.
