中西医结合治疗青春期功能失调性子宫出血疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:探析中西医结合治疗青春期功能失调性子宫出血的临床效果。方法:将2012年1月—2014年12月期间我院收治的青春期功能失调性子宫出血患者100例随机分为两组,其中给予西药组复方口服避孕药屈螺酮炔雌醇片(优思明)萎缩子宫内膜治疗,而中西药结合组则运用中药联合优思明结合治疗,对比分析两组治疗效果。结果:中西药结合组的治疗总有效率明显优于西药组,组间对比有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:临床上运用中西医结合治疗青春期功能失调性子宫出血优于单纯西医疗法,不仅能被临床青春期患者接受,而且起效快,治疗效果明显,值得推广运用。Objective：To analyze the clinical effect of combined traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment in dysfunctional uterine bleeding at puberty. Methods：From January 2012 to December 2014,100 patients with puberty DUB were collected and randomly divided into two groups. The western medicine group was given compound oral contraceptive Drospirenone and Ethinylestradiol Tablets（Yasmin）,and the combined Chinese and western medicine group was given traditional Chinese medicine combined with Yasmin treatment,then comparing the therapeutic effects within two groups. Results：The total effective rate of combined Chinese and western medicine group was obviously better than the western medicine group. The comparison between two groups was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion：The clinical use of combining traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment of puberty DUB is superior to single western medicine therapy,which can not only be accepted by clinical adolescent patients,but also takes effect quickly.The curative effect is obvious and worth extending application.
