摘 要:探究了竹柳变色的类型,分析测定了变色与未变色竹柳木材的化学成分,并在相同工艺条件下制造变色与未变色竹柳单板层积材(LVL),研究了变色对竹柳材性及其LVL性能的影响。研究结果表明:竹柳木材变色是由真菌引起的;变色竹柳木材的各项抽提物含量都比未变色竹柳木材稍低;p H值在竹柳变色前后发生变化,由5.42增大至5.51;相同工艺条件下制造的变色竹柳LVL在垂直和水平两种加载条件下的MOE和MOR以及TS均低于非变色竹柳LVL。The chemical compositions of Salix discolor woods with and without discoloration were studied in order to study the types of the discoloration. The effects of discoloration on the properties of S.discolor woods and its laminated veneer lumber (LVL) under the same technological parameters were also studied. The results show that discoloration of S, discolor woods was caused by the fungi; The extractive contents in all items of discoloration S. discolor were a little lower than those of non-discoloration S. discolor; The pH value of the LVL increased from 5.42 to 5.51 after discoloration; And the non-discoloration S.discolor LVL presented the higher properties including MOE, MOR in vertical and horizontal loading directions and TS.
