摘  要:以粉煤灰为原材料,采用碱熔融-水热法制备人工沸石,并对产物的矿物学特性进行分析。实验结果表明:在高温碱熔融反应过程中,粉煤灰中玻璃微珠结构遭到破坏,石英和莫来石等结晶相消失,粉煤灰活性得到了提高;赤铁矿在产物中的含量仅为0.11%,表明实验克服了赤铁矿对人工沸石制备的不利影响,制备出的人工沸石纯度高。Artificial zeolite was synthesized from coal fly ash using alkali fusion-hydrothermal method. The mineralogical characteristic of the products was analyzed. The experimental results showed that the structure of glass beads has been destroyed and the crystal phase of quartz and mullite has disappeared in the process of alkali fusion reaction,which indicated that the reactivity of the coal fly ash has been enhanced. There was only 0. 11 percent hematite in the product,which indicated that experiment has overcame the adverse effects about hematite for the preparation of artificial zeolite,and the synthesized products has high purity.
