造纸废液接枝脂肪族单体制备的高效减水剂与水泥的相容性试验研究

摘  要:通过水泥净浆流动度试验,本文研究了一种从造纸废液获取的木质素磺酸盐中间体接枝脂肪族活性单体制成的新型高效减水剂(LGCA)与不同特性水泥的相容性,主要探讨了水泥中混合材的种类(粉煤灰和矿渣)及掺量、碱含量、铝酸三钙(C3A)含量和水泥的细度等因素对LGCA与水泥的相容性的影响。研究表明,LGCA具有一定的缓凝作用;碱含量的升高、C3A含量的增大以及水泥细度的提高均使得掺LGCA水泥净浆的初始流动度下降;而适量掺入混合材有助于改善LGCA与水泥的相容性。A novel superplasticizer( LGCA) was prepared by graft copolymerization of lignosulfonate intermediates from pulping waste and aliphatic monomers with active functional groups in advance. The compatibilities between LGCA and cements of different characteristics,including the types and the dosages of mineral admixtures( fly ash and slag),alkali content,C3 A content and fineness,were systematically discussed through testing the fluidity of cement paste. The results show that the setting time of cement paste with LGCA was retarded. The initial fluidities of the cement pastes with LGCA significantly deteriorate when the alkali content,C3 A content and fineness increase separately,but can be greatly improved as mineral admixtures are added moderately.
